Our Approach

Dr. Lara has had a passion for dentistry from early childhood. She graduated in 2017 from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC and is now living out her childhood dream of practicing dentistry in the heart of Vancouver. Dr. Lara takes a whole-person approach to dentistry. She understands how the teeth connect to the nervous system and the link between oral health and the health of the rest of the body.

Dr Lara practices biomimetic dentistry; she utilizes materials to mimic the natural structure and function of teeth as closely as possible. She has trained with and continues to be mentored by Dr. Theodore Belfor. Dr. Belfor, is a well respected dentist and inventor,  from New York, who specializes in Homeoblock protocol. Her training is airway focused, meaning that Dr. Lara assesses every patient to see how they are breathing, if they have proper tongue posture and how she can help them improve not only their dental health but their overall health.

Dr. Panar is a world renowned specialist in Gold and Porcelain crowns with 40+ years experience. Dr. Panar was trained by the giants of dentistry and now mentors and teaches R.V Tucker study clubs around the world. He fabricates his own lab work creating high quality exacting, bespoke crowns.
