Dr. Lara Perel-Panar
Dr. Lara has had a passion for dentistry from early childhood. She graduated in 2017 from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC and is now living out her childhood dream of practicing dentistry in the heart of Vancouver. Dr. Lara takes a whole-person approach to dentistry. She is mentored by world renowned dentists such as Dr. Belfor. She understands how the teeth connect to the nervous system and the link between oral health and the health of the rest of the body.
Dr Lara practices biomimetic dentistry; she utilizes materials to mimic the natural structure and function of teeth as closely as possible. Her training is airway focused, meaning that Dr. Lara assesses every patient to see how they are breathing, if they have proper tongue posture and how she can help them improve not only their dental health but their overall health.
Dr. Nooshin Kohan
Dr. Kohan grew up on the North Shore and completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of British Columbia. After finishing her undergraduate studies, she pursued her passion for dentistry at the University of Sydney, where she acquired invaluable skills in providing comprehensive care to her patients. Now back home, Dr. Kohan is dedicated to ensuring her patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care journey.
Recognizing the importance of lifelong learning, Dr. Kohan is committed to enhancing her knowledge and skills through participating in continued education courses. She is also passionate about community involvement and has volunteered at the Vancouver Aboriginal Health Society in East Vancouver. Outside the office, Dr. Kohan enjoys staying active, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her loved ones.
Dr. Avie Panar (Retired)
Dr. Panar is a world renowned specialist in Gold and Porcelain crowns with 40+ years experience. Dr. Panar was trained by the giants of dentistry and now mentors and teaches R.V Tucker study clubs around the world. He fabricates his own lab work creating high quality exacting, bespoke crowns.
